Whistleblower Portal – Praher Group

What can I report, and how?
The whistleblower system is available for reporting violations and misconduct that you have identified or observed in connection with our company. Your attention helps us minimize risk within our company.

You can submit your information digitally (anonymously, directly, and in writing via the whistleblower system). You are free to submit your report anonymously or by providing your contact information.

Do I need to register to submit a report?
No. Submitting a report does not require registration. Our whistleblower system also allows you to maintain open communication with the compliance organization even after you’ve submitted your report. The system generates a link and QR code for you, which allow you to continue communicating and sharing additional information. The “Chat” feature is available for this purpose. Registration and/or setting up your own mailbox is not required. You also do not need to disclose any contact information later on. Simple. Secure. Report.

Exchanging Ideas and a Suggestion Box?
The whistleblower system is not intended for asking general questions and/or raising personal complaints (e.g., about the quality of the food in the cafeteria, etc.). Your managers and/or your compliance organization are available to address these matters directly.

What protections do I have as a whistleblower?
The EU Directive on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the “Whistleblowing Directive” for short) grants you (as a whistleblower) protection against retaliation by the company, provided that you report substantiated breaches or misconduct primarily through the company’s internal whistleblowing system. Deliberately making false reports and/or slandering colleagues is always a compliance violation and may, under certain circumstances, lead to legal consequences.

Anonymity?
Our whistleblower system compares your network environment with your company’s network and informs you in advance of the possibility or risk of traceability. Furthermore, the reporter’s information is set to “anonymous” by default in the system and can only be changed by the reporter themselves—you are free to submit a report with your contact information at any time.

What happens to my data or the personal information in my report?
Data is processed within the limits permitted by law. In this regard, we refer you to our existing privacy policy. Once the investigation is complete, the data is archived for a period determined by the organization. The whistleblower system ensures that the data is permanently deleted once the retention period has expired.

What happens to my report?
Every report must be reviewed and undergoes an initial assessment. If the report concerns a compliance issue, an investigation will be launched. In this case, open communication between you and the compliance organization is important and is facilitated by the whistleblower system—specifically through the “chat” feature—without the need for registration. As a whistleblower, you can therefore request information at any time regarding the current status and outcome of your report.
